You've definitely made some great choices on flat towing components for your 2013 Honda CR-V. Roadmaster is top tier in quality, and the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521567-5 and Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 are going to give you a fast and simple hookup/disconnect.
The Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524 is going to offer you intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking using the remote from the cab of your motorhome. The included charge line kit will keep your CR-V's battery charged while you tow as well.
I will differ with you on the Hopkins Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56304 though. I tend to see a lot of issues with the connectors so I recommend going with the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 instead. This kit will come with diodes that will have to be spliced in, but fear not it really isn't hard to do, and it really doesn't require that much more work to install when compared with the plug-in Hopkins wiring harness.
Since you have separate lighting in your CR-V you may not need to use the Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400. To know for sure you'll have to hook up your CR-V to your motorhome and use either of the motorhome's turn signals and then press the brake of your CR-V to see if it overrides the turn signal from your motorhome. If so, then you will need the # RM-88400 and the wire of the brake light switch that you'll splice into is blue.
You will need to pull fuses to flat tow your CR-V, so you'll need to review the Recreational Vehicle Towing section of your owners manual to confirm which fuse(s) need to be pulled. If your owner's manual says to only pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, use part # RM76511; if it states to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse, use part # RM76512.
You will also need some safety cables, I recommend the RoadMaster 64" Double Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-646. These cables will slide right through the channels in your Falcon tow bar to keep them out of the way and prevent them from dragging on the ground.
You may also require a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between the motorhome and CR-V. This does require some measuring after the base plates are installed so I've attached our help article to walk you through determining the correct rise/drop needed for your installation.
I've attached videos below to walk you through each installation if you plan on completing these yourself.
