Question:

Are you certain the mounting bolts are : 12 x 1.25 mm? None of them will screw into the GV 80 threaded holes.

The bolts that come in the mounting hardware are M12x1.25x40.

I suggest cleaning out the threads with some WD40 and a wire brush like Counteract Wire Cleaning Brush for Valve Stem Mounting Holes - 10.7 mm # CA89FR or a Nylon Tube Brush - 1/2" # 814092.

Being a 2021 Genesis GV80 I wouldn't expect the frame to be super corroded or rusted but depending on where the vehicle has been it could happen. You may need a Tap and Die Set - Metric - NC, NF, and NPT Sizes - 40 Pieces # PT43FR to chase the threads and clean them out proper.
