I own a 2006 Mandalay 40f Motorhome. Originally by Fourwinds acquired by Thor. I want to replace the 10g Propane/electric hot water heater with a tankless instant hot that works on both Propane and Electric. is this possible and can you recommend a unit that will work for me. If it has to be one or the other - i would prefer the propane over the electric. Please advise. Thank You

We have what you need.
Depending on your hot water usage and the color scheme you want. I recommend the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - Black # LSB44FR. This model has a black door.
Its heat comes from propane and it has an automatic electric pilot light. It needs 12V DC to operate.
If you want a white door you can get the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - White # LSB64FR.
Either unit works the same they just have different colored access panels.
You will also need a Camco RV Water Heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve - 1/2" Valve w/ 4" Probe
