Question:
Would this work for trailer ramps? I’d like to add helper springs to my trailer ramps and am thinking I like that curved end rather than the single steel stob. Thanks

I suppose you could use the Replacement Double Torsion Spring # 3371302160 for a trailer ramp application, but I'm not sure how much assistance it will offer as there isn't a weight rating for this spring. It's designed to be a replacement for a Diamond snow plow.
The inner diameter of the coil is right at 1-3/4" which you can see in the attached image.
I recommend using the traditional ramp springs, Right Hand # RS16933RH and Left Hand # RS16933LH, because they are designed for use with ramps and they have a known 2K torque rating.
