I can verify for you that there is no drilling required whatsoever on your 2022 Ford Ranger to install the etrailer hitch that fits your truck, which is the following part number:
- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e63ZR
The # e63ZR, which fits all models of '22 Ranger, including your Tremor, is really as simple as it gets for a hitch install. You do only need to bolt it right onto your truck, using the existing bolts.
I also wanted to mention, in case you plan on using this hitch for towing and your Ranger does not have wiring, that you can add that with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 22124.
