2015 CRV Tongue Weight Capacity and Lightweight 4 Bike Rack

Hello, I have a 2015 CRV and havent been able to determine the max tongue weight for this vehicle. I found a site which claims this to be 150lbs, but this seems quite small. Do you have records for this? I would like to get a 4 bike hitch rack and wanted to confirm if the tongue weight is calculated as: the hitch weight + the rack weight + the bike weight? Or, do you disregard the hitch weight and only add the rack + total bike weight? I understand this would need to be kept below the max tongue weight. Thanks!

The 2015 CRV tongue weight capacity is 150 lbs like you mentioned finding but the weight that gets factored as tongue weight does not include the trailer hitch like the Draw Tite # 75742 that fits your vehicle. It would be just the bike rack and the bikes.
For a lighter weight 4 bike platform rack that would fit that hitch we have the Hollywood Racks Destination part # HR4000 which weighs 42 lbs. This would leave you with 108 lbs of capacity for your bikes.
