Since we have not installed the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT75MR on a vehicle in our shop the only measurement that I can give you is the height of the receiver from the frame. The receiver is 7" tall from the frame mounts to the bottom of the receiver tube. You will need to measure from your frame rail down to determine where this is on your 2021 Hyundai Elantra.

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK86FR will give you a 4-way flat connector that can be used for small trailers as well as Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are needed with any hitch accessory like a bike rack, where the bikes will impair the view of your tail lights.
