On my snowmobile trailer I have a white wire, yellow wire, green wire, a green/brown wire, and a yellow/brown wire. Currently I have white with white Green with green Yellow with yellow Both combo browns with brown All lights work but no turn signals

You'll want to begin by determining if the problem lies in the vehicle wiring or the wiring on the trailer.
Unplug the trailer, and use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 on the trailer connector on the tow vehicle. The pins in 3:00 and the 9:00 position if you have a 7-way connector, or the pins fed by the green and yellow wires if you have a 4-pole should show voltage when the turn signals are activated and the brake pedal is pressed. If they don't, you likely have a blown fuse. Check the owner's manual for the fuses that protect the trailer turn signals and replace them as needed.
If you do have signal on those pins, check the wiring on the trailer for loose connections or broken wires. I'll link to a trailer wiring troubleshooting article that you might find helpful.
