Yes, we do have a hitch receiver that will fit your 2022 GMC Canyon. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13203. This is a custom fit hitch receiver that bolts directly to your frame with included hardware. It requires no welding or drilling. The only thing you will have to do is remove the cross member that came in place of a factory hitch.
If you are in need of a wiring harness I recommend the Hopkins Multi-Tow 7-Way Blade and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector - Chevrolet/GMC item # HM11141144. This wiring harness attaches next to your license plate and provides a 7-way and 4-flat vehicle connector. I have linked an installation video.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" Ball, a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop, and is rated for up to 7,500 lbs. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
