We do indeed have custom 5th wheel brackets for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. There are actually two custom options available so it will depend on which Reese rails you currently have (standard is 43" long and outboard is 48" long). I have both options listed below and these will fit either the long bed or short bed trucks.
