Turning Off The LED Light Strip On The Solera Smart Arm 12v RV Powered Awning

Question:

I have a Solera Smart Arm awning and i cannot get the awning lights to go off completely. It goes through the 3 settings but will not turn off on the 4th push. As a result - its draining my battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The lights on your Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning # LC517517 will turn off by pressing and holding the light button on the controller instead of just pressing the button.
