I bought a 2019 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel and it has a Furrion model FOC48TA-BL camera preinstalled. What monitors are compatible with that camera?

You will need to replace your entire Furrion camera system as the current Furrion monitors are only compatible with the current model cameras.
You do have your option of a 4.3" Screen # FOS43TASF or the 5" Screen # FOS05TASF with the new Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System. The system was upgraded so that the range on the new system is 492' and there are less chances of interference with the longer campers. You won't have to rewire the rear camera mount for the new camera, only replace the old camera for the new. I do recommend pairing the camera with the monitor before replacing the old camera as this is much easier done from the cab of your truck. There is a port on the new screen harness that allows you to power the camera.
If you go with either the 5" or 7" system you can also add the LED Marker Light RV Side Cameras # FCE48TASL that are great for seeing the blind spots on the side of your 2019 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel camper.
