was wondering how far down they will hang on a 2017 chevrolet silverado 2500 hd can you tell me how long and wide they are

The WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set, part # WT110035-120035, has the following dimensions.

The front mud flap measures 13-5/8" X 10-1/4" (H X W).
The rear mud flap measures 17-5/8" X 11-5/16" (H X W).

I measured the height from the bottom of the mud flap to the topmost part of the mud flap, so that is how far each of these mud flaps will hang down from the top of the mud flap. I have included an installation video link as well.
