Yes, there is some drilling that will be required to install the Draw-Tite Sportframe # DT83MR on your 2021 Kia Forte. You will likely have to drill some new holes, and enlarge a few holes for proper installation.
This hitch is rated for 2,000lbs GTW and a maximum tongue weight of 200lbs.
If you need a ball mount kit, I recommend the Draw-Tite Ball Mount w/ 2" Ball for 2" Hitches # DT49MR. This kit comes with a 2" hitch ball, a 5/8" hitch pin, and a ball mount with a rise of 3/4" of rise, and 2" of drop.
