The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e22AR and Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13356 are our only class III receivers that are confirmed to fit your 2015 Toyota Venza AWD. Both receivers include spacer blocks to relocate the rear sway bar since you have an AWD version.
I recommend installing the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118482 when you install the receiver. This 4-way connector will allow for you to connect to most small trailers as well as use Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are needed when the hitch mounted accessory you are carrying blocks the clear view of the tail lights on your Toyota.
