Hi! Would the Thule xl cargo box fit factory installed roof rack for 2021 RAV4 and what would clearance be if the there are factory installed tires?

The Thule Force XT XL Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black AeroSkin, part # TH6358B, will fit your 2021 Toyota RAV4's factory roof rack. As long as there is at least 15-1/4" between the rear crossbar on your RAV4 and the rear edge of the cargo box. There is also a minimum crossbar spread of 23-5/8" that is required to carry this cargo box on the roof of your vehicle. The crossbar spread is the distance between the front crossbar and the rear crossbar. The addition of this rooftop cargo box will add approximately 17-1/4" to the height of your vehicle. The height of your vehicle is 67" without the roof rack, so a conservative estimate of your vehicle's roof clearance while carrying this rooftop cargo box is 90".
