Let me start by saying that I may have a solution that will work for you. While I do recognize the 2008 Izuzu I-290 and the 2008 Chevy Colorado are the same truck, there are just enough differences between the two that the front hitch receiver that fits the 2008 Chevy Colorado does not fit your 2008 Izuzu I-290 truck.
It appears that you may be using your truck for off-roading. If that is the case, you can use tire chains, if your vehicle has a tire size other than P225/75R15, P265/75R15, P235/75R15, P265/70R17, or P235/50R18, to help you when you are stuck. The tire chains should be installed on the rear tires, never the front tires. Something like the pewag 7mm LT Studded Truck Chain, part # PWKST2228, could be used to keep you from getting stuck.
The last option would be to attach a rear hitch receiver and a hitch mount to pull you rearward if you get stuck. The hitch receiver I recommend is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 75607. It has maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 6,000 lbs. You can pair this with the Curt Trailer Hitch Electric Winch Mount Plate, part # C31010l, to mount your winch.
I have included product description links and a video demo links below.
