For your 2022 Kia Soul, as long as it's not the 1.6L Turbo model, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III # DT25GR. The reason for this is that it represents the only 2" receiver option for your vehicle, which will open the door up for many more options when it comes to hitch-mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. It's also going to provide a much more stable connection point compared to the smaller 1-1/4" opening.
