We do have Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guards that fit your trucks, but not one that fits both of them. The Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel. part # 57-93545, that is attached to your question fits the 2018 Ram 1500. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with your 2016 Ram 2500 Tradesman.
We do have a Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard that fits your 2016 Ram 2500 Tradesman, but it is not the part number you attached to your question. Instead, you will need the Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel, part # 57-93555. This is a custom fit grille guard that not only has a winch mounting tray, but it is also off-road ready.
