Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76145 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Chrysler 300 Limited. This hitch has an easy, bolt-on installation with no welding required. The complete hardware kit and installation instructions come included. I've also attached an installation video to walk you through this process step by step.
If your Chrysler 300 doesn't already have a 4-pole connector then I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118658. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located inside your trunk, behind the tail lights on both the driver's side and passenger's side. You will need to remove the rear threshold panel and some of the felt lining to access the harness. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead with the attached fuse holder to the car battery, which is also in your vehicle's trunk. Connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse. You can mount the 4-pole connector to your hitch using the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
If you need a ball mount kit I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500lbs # 989900. It's a great starter kit with a 1-7/8" hitch ball and 2" hitch ball. The shanks will provide a drop of 2" or 4" and a rise of 1" or 3" to keep your trailer level while towing.
