Everchill WD-282FWDC Door Removal Instructions

Need to remove the lower door to adjust the shelves. Any idea on how to do that on this fridge?

Expert Reply:
To remove the door on your Everchill WD-282FWDC refrigerator, you will need to get a Philips screwdriver and lay on the floor facing up, with your head at the hinge side. You will then see two Philips screws in a white bracket. With the door open, remove the screw that is normally hidden, then close the door and remove the other screw.
Have a buddy help you open the door a little and lift it off the pin, then pull the bottom out and slide it off the top pin.

Thanks for that direction of door removal. We still struggled getting off second bottom pin and took aggressive action until we prevailed.

I will take door off to replace shelf, thanks for telling me how, so now my question is where can I buy a replacement shelf.

What if I cant open the door enough to get to that second screw? My fridge is next to my restroom and the door opens bately 90°. I might be able to get it with pliers but even then I'm not sure.
