Will these stands work for trailers that dont have leaf springs?

The TrailerLegs Tire Saver Stands for Trailers w/ Leaf Spring Suspensions # 326-TRLLG-4 were designed to be used with trailers that have leaf spring suspension. They can't be used with torsion axles suspension but if for some reason you had a straight axle with now suspension this could work.
