Replacement Tarp for TruXedo TruXport Tonno Cover on 2010 GMC Sierra 2500 Short Bed

I cannot find a serial number or date code on my existing tarp.

According to Truxedo, the date code is printed or handwritten on the underside of the tarp, usually on the passenger side up near the cab.

The part number for the TruXport tonneau for your 2010 GMC Sierra 2500 short bed is # TX271101-CVR, but
Truxedo tells me that without either the date code or the serial number (one or the other) they cannot guarantee you'll receive the correct replacement cover.

According to Truxedo, the fact that your existing tarp uses the Velcro straps to hold open the cover (thanks for the photo!), they have positively identified your cover as being an 'old type'. The correct replacement tarp is the part # TX271101-CVR. Use the provided link, and on the product page where you're asked to input the date code or serial number, input 'Lot 2', which will ensure you receive the correct replacement tarp.
