It sounds like you need to do a reboot/restart of your iRV RV Stereo, # IRV64FR. Use a paperclip, or something of similar dimensions, to press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds for a soft reset. If that does not resolve the issue, then press and hold the reset button for close to a full minute for a hard reset.

The soft reset will save your programed points, like time and region settings, but the hard reset will reset everything.

If neither resets your unit, you will need to remove all power to the system for an extended period of time, allow the capacitors to bleed off any stored energy. Reconnect and reprogram your unit. Or, I suggest that you take up a warranty issue with your salesperson/dealership. As this is a new camper I presume you should still be under warranty.

@MelD the iRV63 didn't actually have a reset button. The soft reset happens by pressing and holding the power button. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset by pulling power.
