For your 2022 Kia Sorento the hitch I recommend is the Curt part # C34ER as it's mostly hidden like you are wanting and it has the better towing capacities. Only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which helps make it less visible as well as helps with ground clearance. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
