According to the information I could find, your 2012 Heartland North Trail 26RLSS uses 225/75-15 size tires which means they should fit a 1/2"-20 stud like what we see with the tire/wheel combo # AM32669.

If you're using a disc brake kit like the Kodiak Kit # K2R526D which mounts to a pre-existing idler hub then you'll want to make sure it uses the 1/2" studs, like what we find with part # KH42655S.

If you can give me some more details about what size studs your aluminum wheels should be fitting and what disc brake kit you have I can see if there is anything extra you'll need to get so that you can tow your trailer safely.
