There sure is!
For your 2021 Ford F-150 without a factory trailer hitch we do have one Class IV trailer hitch option for you, the Draw-Tite # DT35MR. This hitch is designed for trucks without a factory trailer hitch, and requires the factory step bumper and brackets to be installed for it to fit.
This hitch has a massive 1,100lb tongue weight rating and 11,000lb trailer weight rating, or a 1,400lb tongue weight rating and 14,000lb trailer weight rating when using a weight distribution hitch, but this may be higher than what your truck is rated for. You will want to check the towing capacity of your truck in its owner's manual and use the lower rating between the hitch and truck.
To go with this hitch you will also want a heavy duty ball mount. I recommend going with the Flash Solid Steel Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # FA49-00-5600 as it is adjustable between 7" rise and 6" drop which will be perfect for most trailers, and has a 8,000lb trailer weight rating with the 2" hitch ball, and 12,000lb trailer weight rating with the 2-5/16" hitch ball.
I included a link to the installation instructions of the # DT35MR and a video review of the # FA49-00-5600 for you to take a look at.
