In order to use the Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Rack # TH934XTR on the back of your 2018 Kia Soul, you will need to install a trailer hitch receiver such as EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7326.

I recommend adding Thule Cable Lock w/ One Key System Lock - 6' Long # TH538XT to keep your bikes locked to the bike rack, and Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 to keep the bike rack locked to your trailer hitch receiver.
