2002 wrangler sport w/hard doors.need frame work and soft top that fits w/ the abilities to fold back w/ out having to take off.

It sounds like you are looking for the Supertop NX, part # B5472015 which is a replacement top that includes all of the bow hardware, the door surrounds, tailgate bar and windshield channel. The front portion of the roof can fold back, like a sunroof. Door skins are not included.
The # B5112415 you referenced would include the fabric top only, with no bows or hardware and would not have the ability to fold back.
