I have an answer for you. Unfortunately, Thule does not have your specific factory crossbar system measurements on your 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid to determine with certainty that the Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft. # TH6359B will fit your vehicle. In order for the box to fit your crossbars, your bars must be between 1 inch - 3-1/2 inches wide and 3/4 inches - 1-11/16 inches tall. For these dimensions, I recommend measuring the width and height of your bars.

With the question about the access to the rear hatch, there is a way to measure your roof to make sure the rear hatch will open. Here are the steps.

1. Attach your front crossbar in the maximum front position on the rails (furthest front of the roof it can go).
2. Put your rear crossbar 23-5/8 inches back from the first crossbar.
3. Measure the distance from the rear crossbar to the line where the roof and the hatch meet. If that measurement is at least 25-3/4 inches, you will be able to fully open your rear hatch.

If you find that the measurement is less than 25-3/4 inches, I recommend the Yakima Skybox 21 # Y07337 will allow you to fully open your rear hatch. In order to make sure the Skybox 21 will fit your crossbars, your crossbars cannot exceed 3-1/2 inches wide x 1-11/26 inches tall.
