If you are referring to the Lippert components Touch Audio V300i System, this is no longer manufactured.

If you choose to replace the unit, I suggest the iRV RV Stereo, # IRV64FR. This radio gives you the option for either RCA or HDMI, you can use whichever works best for your rig. Most of these radio's are wired similarly, so you shouldn't have any issues wiring it up with the old radio wires present.
