is there a primary/2ndary situation here? which generator outlets do i connect to when 2 exact same gens are parallel paired?

To connect your A-iPower 2,000 # 289-SUA2000i in parallel you must first decide which generator you want as primary, and which one you want to be secondary; there is no set rule on which has to be which. Then, put the parallel connection wire 1 and 2 in the parallel connection sockets 3 and 4 and properly ground the unit. Start the two sets of inverter generators like normal and plug the load plugs into socket 6. Some notes, only use # 289-SUA2000i inverter generators in parallel connections. Only use the parallel connecting wire, make sure the correct parallel wire is in the correct socket, and connect the parallel wires when the generator is off.
