Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring for 2013 Chrysler Town and Country that Stopped Working
Question:
I am having the same issue with a 2013 town and country drivers side brake light blowing since installing the curt hitch. I notice people are saying the second fuse and I am wondering where that is located? I assume that is not the fuse that came with the wiring assembly as it would affect both taillights.

For the trailer wiring kits of your 2013 Chrysler Town and Country like the Curt # C56331 there is an inline fuse on the power wire that runs to the vehicle. You'd want to check the condition of that fuse.
The other thing you can check is use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test for voltage going into the converter box and then test for voltage on the output side as well. If the converter is at fault voltage will make it to the box but not on the output side.
