If you don't already have a front mounted hitch, you'll need to start there; for your 2018 F-450 I recommend using the Draw-Tite # 65076. This hitch has a 500-lbs capacity, which is fairly standard for a front mounted hitch and has a 2" receiver so it will allow you to carry a motorcycle carrier like the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp for 2" Hitch - 76" Long - Steel - 500 lbs # e98873. The etrailer carrier weighs around 67-lbs, so it's fairly light weight and will allow you to carry a bike that weighs up to 430-lbs.
I also recommend using a locking hitch pin like the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers - Keyed Alike # e99047 to keep the carrier secured to the vehicle.
