Will this fit a 2011 honda pilot and support a honda metropolitan scooter? Please include all accessories I need straps for ordering. Thanks.

The 2011 Honda Pilot comes equipped with a 2 inch hitch, therefore, the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier # e98873 will fit your current hitch, however, you will want to check your owners manual to verify the tongue weight capacity of your hitch before any cargo is loaded.
The carrierweighs 58 pounds and, based on my research, your scooter is approximately 180 pounds. You will want to make sure that the combined weight of the carrier plus the scooter (approximately 238 pounds) does not exceed the tongue weight capacity of your Honda Pilot.
The first set of straps you would want are the Erickson 1 x 18 inch Motorcycle Assist Straps, # 06303. These straps are designed to hold your handlebars in place and reduce wear and tear on your handlebars. The next strap set you will want is the Erickson 5-1/2 ft Cambuckle Tie Down # 05605.
