Will they fit on Yakima Aerobar? I’ve got an older beautiful Stowe Canoe. Will they work with the canoe upright?

The Yakima EvenKeel Flexible Boat Saddles # Y04052 is mainly designed to be used on round or square bars, but it does fit crossbars up to 1" tall and up to 3-1/2" wide. So as long as your Yakima aero crossbars are within these specs, it should work. If you have the popular Yakima JetStream Crossbars such as # Y00428 then it will fit fine since these crossbars are 1" wide and 3-1/8" wide. The Yakima EvenKeel only holds canoes in the flat position and you cannot transport the canoe in the upright position.
I do think a better option would be to go with the Lockrack Adjustable XL Watersport Carrier - Canoe, Kayak, or 2 SUPs - Side Loading - Universal Mount # LR54FR. This is designed to be used with aero bars; it can be clamped onto the crossbars or mounted into a T-slot channel. Padded upright arms ratchet around your boat, making sure it is safe and secured. This also is only made to transport canoes in the flat position, which is the safest position for big canoes. I attached a demonstration video for you to check out.
