Can MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan Run Off Solar Panel

Hi can you run the max air fan off of a solar panel directly? If so, how big of a solar panel would I need?

A solar panel by itself will not allow you to run the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-06401K.

You will need a dedicated 12 volt power source via a battery, and while solar can help charge your RV battery bank, it isn't something that can be used alone to power the vent. The vent does come with the hardware needed for install, but you will need the sealant, the TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant # 0160297.
