Swagman Roof Mount Lock Replacement. Can part P1040 lock replace part P1030?

I checked and the Swagman locks are fits for different applications, so the Replacement Locking Knob for Swagman Original and XP Series Bike Carriers - 2009 and Newer # P1040 is not a replacement or interchangeable with the Replacement Locking Knob for Swagman Roof Mounted Upright Bike Carrier # P1030.
They are for different bike racks and also take different bolt sizes, which is why they can't be swapped out.
