The specs I'm seeing for a 2018 Forest River R-Pod Hood River 176 Travel Trailer show it being 20' in length. If that is the case for your trailer then I recommend the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer - Up to 20' Long - Gray Item # 290-52240. If you look at the attached map you'll see this cover is rated for the climate you're living in in Oregon.
The top panel is constructed of triple-layer SFS AquaShed fabric which beads water on contact to prevent pooling, guards against harmful UV rays that can cause cracking and fading, and extends down the front, back, and sides of cover for extra protection. The side panels constructed of non-abrasive, triple-layer polypropylene which breathes to eliminate moisture build-up, mold, and mildew. The built in vents allow air to escape in windy conditions to prevent damage to cover.
