How To Shorten The Height Of The Lets Go Aero Jack-It Bike Rack

Question:

Is it possible to order the shorter version of the Jack-it, or just the PowerTower piece that fits over the trailer jack? I have the taller version, and I have over 7 inches of open space above my jack. If I could bring the bikes down 4 inches or more, it would sure make loading/unloading them a whole lot easier. You can eliminate the tower to lower your Jack-it Rack # LC429756 with the BikeBase Trailer Tongue Adapter for BikeWing Carrier # LC731157. For a smaller tower you would need to reach out to the manufacturer or have one fabricated for you.
