I have the 14K Reeses 5th wheel hitch with number 30031, 30037, 30726 is that same as the RP30035? Also, is there a installation video that I could watch?

The Reese universal installation kit # RP30035 will accept your 14K Reese 5th wheel trailer hitch. This kit does fit your 2002 Chevy Silverado unless it is a 1500HD long bed but we do not have a video on that particular truck. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If you do have a 1500HD you can use a custom installation kit like # C16418-204. Even though this is a Curt brand installation kit it is still compatible with your Reese hitch.
