Question:

The awning controller outside is flashing, we have reset multiple times but the awning does nothing. The inside switch does nothing, no awning lights or extend /retract. The power is good and bothe the shore power and 12v systems are functioning properly.

Since both the inside and outside controls are not working on your Lippert/Solera # LC517517 Awning, that points in direction of the control board not working. Please note the attached directions for resetting the control board.

If after resetting the controller you are still having issues you're going to want to remove the controller and check it and the wiring harness for moisture or corrosion. If you do find moisture or corrosion you'll need to replace the controller and wiring harness.
