Yes! The Hollywood HRF6-2 bike rack will fit your 2003 Toyota Celica with your stock spoiler. I have attached a short installation video; the vehicle is not your make or model, but, the installation will be the same.
If you decide you would like to move toward a hitch carrying option, I recommend Draw-Tite part # 24691, which does not require drilling for installation and has an estimated install time of approximately thirty minutes.
