Hi I have a 2008 toyota camry with no racks on it. I am needing to mount two kayaks. Do you have an inexpensive suggestion? Thanks

Normally the most inexpensive kayak carrier solution is a foam block setup like the part # RL100K10 that you referenced but since you plan to carry two kayaks I wouldn't recommend this as the way to go since you wouldn't have quite enough room to fit both.
Instead you'd need to go with a roof rack setup with crossbars like the part # INB127, # INSUT, and # INK220 and then use J-style carriers like the Malone J-Pro part # MPG117MD for each of the kayaks. A J-style carrier allows the kayaks to be carried at an angle which is a better use of the bar space.
