To set the clock of your Jensen RV stereo part # JWM45 you'll need to first turn on Power, then press the View button so that the clock/time is displayed. Then press either MIN or HR button not both until the time flashes. You may then press HR or MIN to set the time. Press View when done.

I push the power on then I push the view button and it does nothing so what am I doing wrong

@Sonya If the view button doesn't do anything that would indicate that it is broken. Maybe a hard reset will bring it back so you could try pulling the fuse of the stereo.
