Compatibility of AirLift LoadLifter 7500XL With 5th Wheel Hitch on 2020 Ford F250
Question:
I have a 2020 F250 FX4 with the airlift loadlifter 7500 xl installed. I have recently purchased a 5th wheel camper and am looking for a 5th wheel hitch and rail system that is compatible with the airlift loadlifter 7500 xl that I already have installed. I do not have the OEM puck system.

The AirLift LoadLifter # AL55FJ is compatible with most in-bed hitches, according to AirLift. We also offer an option from Firestone that offers the same 7500 lbs of support that is also compatible with an in-bed hitch and might be compatible with your truck, subject to the measurements mentioned below.
If you can reply and let me know which 5th wheel hitch you have, I can touch base with AirLift to check on its compatibility.
I personally prefer the Firestone Ride-Tire Red Label Extreme Duty air helper spring kit, part # F95FV. To determine if this option is compatible with your FX4, you'll need to measure from the top of the rear axle to the top of the jounce bumper. This distance must be 40, 70 or 80mm for this kit to work. Firestone air bags are roll crimped to the top plate, as opposed to being secured with a band like the AirLift air bags. This is a more secure attachment method that will ensure long life of the air bags.
