There are a few different adapters you could use to tow a 5th wheel trailer with a gooseneck trailer hitch. I have included a link to an FAQ article that covers the various options. The safest and most secure option is a 5th-wheel adapter that replaces the trailer pin box called a Goose Box.
To determine if there is a Goose Box that will fit I would need to know the manufacturer and model number of the pin box. This information should be on a sticker or plate on the pin box itself.
