Question:
When I push on brake nothing happens hooked up to trailer Brake controler showing .c

Expert Reply:
With the Pilot 2-6 Brake Electronic Brake Controller # 80550 showing .c it recognizes that it is connected to a trailer. It sounds like you are not getting power to the red wire on the brake controller from the brake switch on your 2007 GMC Sierra.
A Test Light # PTW2993 will allow you to test the power going through the red wire without disconnecting the harness on the controller. If you find there is no power at the red wire the brake switch needs to be checked and replaced if faulty.
You should still be able to use your brakes manually with the lever on the brake controller. If the brakes do not activate with the manual lever the controller itself may be damaged.
I have linked a copy of the instructions below so that you can reference them for additional help.
