Is this tonneau cover compatible with Yakima OverHaul HD and 2020 Nissan Titan Pro4x with utility track. If yes, does it require any additional adapters?

For your 2020 Nissan Titan 5-1/2 foot bed with utili track we have solutions for both a ladder rack and a tonneau cover but no with the Yakima Overhaul HD.
If you liked the BAK cover # BAK39525 you'd need to go with the TracRac Sliding Ladder Rack part # TH43002XT-606 which is perfectly compatible. This will give you a sliding ladder rack and a roll up tonneau that would fit between the bed rails.
