I have the Thule double track bike rack. I need to replace the lever-and the bolt and nut in the middle. how do I know which size bolt it is? I am replacing the wheel cradle- the bolt n lever that hold it in place

The correct wheel cradle bolt that you will need for the Thule Doubletrack Bike Rack, # TH990XT, is the M6 x 60mm bolt, # 915-0660-31, that you referenced. If you also need the lever and axle nut, you will need the Replacement Lever, # 853-3506, and the Replacement Axle Nut, # 853-0446-01.
